Man, I thought I knew everything about clean hands when I was five...then I came across this link from our neighbours to the south. Those people at the The Food and Nutrition Information Center (FNIC) at the National Agricultural Library (NAL) sure know a thing or two about cleanliness. This site is a dream for a person with O.C.D. There you will find more links to other web sites, guides, fact sheets, manuals, signs, posters, forms and online slides and videos...all on how to wash your hands. Wow.
