Bywords.ca August issue is now online. Catharine Carroll has written about the recent "Bywords Summer Beat (the heat)" in which numerous local poets read at the downtown location of Chapters. (Oh yeah, it has event photos taken by me, too.)

Though I am grateful for Catharine Carroll's review of the August Byword reading, I don't often think of what I write as being charming, more often it is biting and scathing, an evocation of my own struggles with the machine.

Thanks, John. Thoughts are often decieveing, more so, not thought, but expectorated from the other end. Mine, of course, no one elses. And thanks for hawking my blog thingamajig, not knowing what one is, a blog, to start with.
