recent work

Since the very end of July I have been photographing some dramatic portraits in Ottawa for an annual report for a great customer I happened to work with last year. The photographic images may be used for some advertising and marketing collateral, too. It's all one-light portraits done with a soft box and one other strobe to gently light the various coloured backgrounds. I have two remaining photo sessions to do this Friday which should be the last ones for this project. Then it's time for final editing of the proofs and delivery to the client.

Also this past Saturday I headed up to Almonte, Ontario to meet and photograph a musical couple for a lifestyle/promotional photo shoot. Last year I photographed Catherine, composer and pianist, for her headshots and now I was able to finally meet and photograph her husband, Louis, a guitarist. I absolutely loved the location, which was at an historic bed & breakfast, located by the river with waterfalls on site and all sorts of wonderful nooks and crannies in which to photograph. Can't wait to share some of the photos with you all.
