Catherine and Louis requested a promotional photoshoot at the Old Burnside Bed and Breakfast in Almonte, Ontario this past August. It was a wonderful location in which to shoot: lots of land and waterfalls right on the river front. I had previously photographed Catherine but it was my first time meeting with her husband Louis who played his guitar for me (and Catherine...) Here are a few shots from that late summer's day.

General’s Award winner M.T. Kelly joins us from Toronto with his latest,
Downriver.

Spider Web

This spider web was neat because it was in front of my girl's window. It was quite enormous, too, since the top thread went all the way to the rooftop. It practially goes unnoticed most of the time. You really get to see it when the morning sunlight shines on it from the side as shown in these photos.

Governor General Welcomes His Highness the Aga Khan at Rideau Hall

(via press release) OTTAWA—His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, welcomes His Highness the Aga Khan, 49th Hereditary Imam of the Shia Ismaili Muslims and Founder and Chairman of the Aga Khan Development Network. His Highness is in Ottawa on the occasion of the inaugural board meeting of the Global Centre for Pluralism.
